"I LOVE WORKING IN THIS COMMUNITY BECAUSE THEY REALLY SUPPORT OUR SCHOOLS."
-Cindy McGowen, Reading Intervention Specialist
We are so thankful to the Purcell PTO for all of their work supporting us. They purchased our school sound system, fed us during our professional development in Orlando, Florida, and continue to work tirelessly to support our school! Pictured is a food truck during parent/teacher conferences. The first meeting for PTO is this Tuesday, September 12 at 6pm.
Craig Combs of Combs Painting Co. donated several hours of his time and resources to paint our music room in August 2017. To contact Combs Painting, call 405-474-2351.
Four wooden picnic tables were donated by the Purcell Public Schools Foundation between 2015 and 2017. They also donated funds for our school risers.
An anonymous donor bought supplies and painted four-square and tether ball courts for the students behind the cafeteria. We play here when the playground is too wet to use.
Six metal picnic tables were donated by Purcell Rotary in the fall of 2016.
Oklahoma Educators Credit Union provided us with several grants for fall of 2016. This was through their teacher big idea grants. The supplies included a screen and projector and also a play about Oklahoma History with a couple of costumes.
The OT Meyers Trust Fund contributed almost $3,000 toward the purchase of classroom xylophones in the fall of 2016.
