HS Football Play-Offs Tonight: Dragons will play @ Washington tonight. Kick off is at 7 pm. Photographer Josh Clough will have a booth set up by the concession stand. JH tournament games for Thursday, Nov. 12th: At Washington- 7th girls 6:40 and 8th girls at 7:45(Championship Games). At Boney Matthews- 8th boys at 5:35(Consolation Finals) and 7th boys will play at the HS at 5:35(Championship Game).

JH Conf Basketball Tournament Change: 8th grade boys will play at the High School tonight at 5:35 instead of Boney Matthews.
1st round results from the conference tournament: 7th girls beat Marlow 42-6, 7th boys won over Davis 40-14, 8th girls beat Marlow 61-1. The 8th boys game came down to the wire with Dragons coming up a little short 23-27 vs Davis. Good job tonight players and coaches!

High School Football Fans: Join us tomorrow night for a 3-way scrimmage with Anadarko and Little Axe at Conger Field. Our 9th grade will begin at 6:00 followed by the Varsity team at 7:00. We ask that all spectators wear a face covering upon entering our stadium, while walking to your seat, concession, restrooms, and upon exiting the stadium. Also, we ask that you to maintain physical distancing when seated by allowing for at least 2 seats between non-family groups. These measures are very important in our efforts to keep our schools open and our activities running. We appreciate your cooperation. Go Dragons!

Congratulations to PHS Seniors Alicia Baker and Gavin Nation! Alicia won the Jack Angel Award for the female athlete of the year at PHS and Gavin won the Boney Matthews Award for the male athlete of the year. Requirements for the award are the students-athletes must be Seniors and participate in at least 2 sports and are voted on by all of the District’s Coaches. Congratulations to Alicia and Gavin!
Purcell Schools will be closed Thursday, February 6th due to continued precipitation into the evening hours, and refreezing that will occur on wet roads overnight.
