Tonight's high school carnival for ROAD week at the Intermediate has been cancelled.

Purcell Public School administration was alerted Sunday evening about threats made to students and staff on social media. We immediately notified the Purcell Police Department, which has been working diligently on the investigation. We canceled school on Monday to allow the police department the time they needed to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure the safety of our students and staff. We believe, due to the work between the Purcell Police Department and our administration, that we will be able to return to school on Tuesday, March 12th.
