Physicals for any student who has yet to get a physical for the 2020-2021 school year will be on Wednesday August 19th @ 3:30 in the High School Commons. Please print out the physical form and parent consent form from http://www.ossaa.net/docs/2016.... Parent consent requires a parent signature. We will have forms available as well. Cost is $10 and cash or check is accepted(checks payable to Purcell Athletics).
