Sports Physicals are scheduled for June 23, 2020 at Purcell High School. It is imperative that you follow the schedule below and arrive during the designated hour for your grade level (the grade you will in when school starts in the fall) to obtain your physical (except for Band students). We will be observing all social distancing requirements. Wearing a mask is encouraged, but not required.
Please use the OSSAA Physical Form and bring the form with parent signature to your designated time. We will have forms available at the site.
7th Grade: 9:00-10:00
8th Grade 10:00-11:00
All Band 11:00-12:00
9th Grade 2:00-3:00
10th Grade 3:00-4:00
11th Grade 4:00-5:00
12th Grade 5:00-6:00
