Thank you to the community of Purcell for your amazing support of our fundraiser! Our PTO did an amazing job managing this event and because of YOU, together with the Intermediate, last year we raised $9,714.94 and this year we raised $15,200.58!! WAY TO GO Dragons, Dragon Families & Purcell Businesses that continue to support our schools and students!! #DragonCARES 🐲❤️💪🎉 If you forgot to send your envelope in, you may still turn this in at the office. This money will go to support the Elementary and Intermediate Schools next year. We are all winners for participating. I am sharing some pictures below of our top lap runners as well as donation winners. Today, the students in Ms. Franco's Kindergarten were so excited to welcome surprise guest readers Mrs. Schlotthauer and Ms. Schaumburg into their classroom as they read "Groovy Joe: Ice Cream & Dinosaurs" and "The Very Lonely Firefly". ❤️🐲📚

Ms. Aloway and Mrs. Wilkins first grade classes learned all about the human body this week. The students learned lots of fun facts about the body and how to keep it healthy! To conclude the week, they made human body vests with inflatable lungs. What a great week at PES!🐲❤️
