Great meeting with the Principal's Student Advisory Council today at lunch! 🎧 Lunchtime meetings are a perfect opportunity for the Principal to hear directly from students.
We had an open discussion on key topics, including cell phone policy, school safety, and exploring potential new programs for PHS.

Maddox, the son of Alan and Steffany Ward, was chosen by the PHS faculty for best representing our core values: Accountability, Integrity, and Respect. He's a key member of the Varsity Basketball squad and National Honor Society, a 3-year Honor Roll member, and a 3-year Letter P recipient!
His favorite class is Calculus with Michael O'Neal. 🧠 He plans to study at the University of Oklahoma after graduation to become a Meteorologist! ⛈️☀️

Through this training, every freshman is empowered to become a health advocate—learning to reduce risk factors like tobacco/vaping, obesity, and lack of exercise in our community.
We deeply value our partnership with YAHL (funded by TSET - Tobacco Settlement Endowment) and appreciate Bryan Young for integrating this critical training into our Freshmen Leadership Program. Our students are ready to continue the charge for a healthier PHS!
