Our PE students got to enjoy a fresh (and very tasty!) treat last week—homemade salsa made from vegetables grown in our school garden! 🌱🍅
Even though most of the growing happened over the summer, it was a great way for students to see where fresh ingredients come from and to try something new. And the verdict? Most of them absolutely loved it!

Our bus drivers are often the first and last school connection our students have each day, and they make a lasting impact through their kindness, patience, and dedication.

We’re celebrating some BIG steps and even bigger smiles! 👟🎉
Congratulations to our kindergarten, first grade, and second grade classes who logged the MOST steps in our step challenge and earned smoothie parties! These students worked so hard, stayed active, and had a blast tracking their progress along the way.
To make the celebration even sweeter, students got to power their own smoothies using our awesome blender bike—pedaling their way to a delicious reward! 🚴♀️🥤
A huge thank you to TSET and Healthy Schools Oklahoma for providing this incredible blender bike and supporting healthy, active lifestyles for our students. We appreciate your continued support in helping our kids learn that fitness can be fun!

Our 1st and 2nd grade students had an incredible time participating in a Bike & Pedestrian Safety Course! 🚲
A huge thank you to Megan Youell with Safe Kids Oklahoma and Bethany Children’s Health Center for providing such an engaging and informative experience for our students. They did a fantastic job making sure our kids walked away with the knowledge and confidence to stay safe whether they’re on wheels or on foot.
We’d also like to give a big shoutout to the high school leadership students who volunteered their time to help teach and guide our younger students—they were absolutely amazing role models!
From start to finish, our students were fully engaged and learned so many important safety skills that will stick with them well beyond the day. We are so grateful for the time, effort, and care that went into making this event such a success!

We’ve wrapped up our Mile Club step tracker challenge, and what an incredible finish! 🎉
We had several more students join the Mile Club, and a huge shoutout to our three students who reached the 5 Mile Club—that is an amazing accomplishment! We also had so many students come so close to that 5-mile mark, which shows just how hard everyone has been working.
From start to finish, we’ve seen determination, excitement, and growth in every grade level. We are so proud of each and every student for their effort and positive attitude throughout this challenge. You all did an amazing job! 👟💪
