Purcell Public Schools is pleased to provide our students and the community with a Summer Feeding Program again this year. This program is open to children ages 0-18 years of age. Summer Feeding will begin on Tuesday, May 17th and continue through June 28th. The meals will be in boxes and cover five days worth of meals. Drive through distribution at Purcell Elementary School (on the south side by the cafeteria) and will be from 7:00 am - 9 am and 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Drop off service will be available at the sites and times below: Hallmark Trailer Park (11:00 A.M.-11:20 A.M.) 500 Hallmark Blvd Purcell Mobile Home Park (11:25 A.M.-11:45 A.M.) 3000 S. 9th Southway Mobile Home Park (11:50 A.M.-12:10 P.M.) Play Streets - Healthy Fun in our Community! TSET Healthy Living Program serving McClain County will be providing Play Street days in our community.  Please save the dates and come join the fun!

Thank you so much to Melissa Young and Andrea Dowell and the rest of the Chickasaw Nation Eagle Adventure team for partnering with Purcell Elementary to bring diabetes prevention education to our 1st and 2nd graders through their Eagle Adventure program. It was a great program for our students and so easy to implement. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated our partnership this school year and look forward to continuing it in the future.
