Additionally, students 8th grade or lower must be accompanied by an adult for entry. Friday's football game vs Lindsay starts at 7pm. Gates open at 5:30. Go Dragons!

Esports programs are so much more than play and recreation. Students build critical 21st Century job skills such as communication, strategic planning, critical thinking, and teamwork. Most importantly, it provides students who may not have an interest in traditional sports or extracurricular activities, a platform to develop these important skills.
Last week, Purcell Esports assessed the students' abilities in teamwork, communication, skill, strategizing, and game-based learning. We experimented with various student combinations in semi-competitive matches, ensuring a lot of fun along the way. The students primarily engaged in Rocket League, Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros. Competitions will start later this month.
