Championship day at the Heart of Oklahoma Baseball Tournament. Dragons play a very good Newcastle team in finals @ 4PM. Just a little cooler today but bundle up and come support Dragons!
Consolation: Asher vs. Bethel 11AM
3rd Place: Ada vs. Lexington 1:30 PM

A main purpose of high school clubs is to connect kids to school but it also provides an opportunity to reinforce the value of service to school and community. Love what Stefanie Renfro and her FCCLA club recently did by volunteering at the Regional Food Bank. Great job Stefanie!

We started an adulting class this year at the high school. It's part of our focus on real-life skills and supporting transitions to adulthood. It's taught by Zoe Swift and Mindy Wells. We cover money management, relationships, family, career and much more. We want every high school kid to take this class. Last week they focused on basic auto care: Tuesday thanks to Purcell Firefighter, Kraig Edelman, these Dragons learned a little bit about what is under the hood of a car, how to jump start a vehicle, and even gave them hands-on experience changing a tire! Many students expressed how much confidence they had gained by getting this experience! Thank you Mr. Edelman!

Great day for baseball!

Dragons defeat Holdenville 17-1 last night to move to (14-7 /8-2 in district). Little League night was a huge success (great crowd!) and thanks to all parents and future Dragons for helping celebrate Dragon baseball. Special thanks to Dragon Fire Booster Club for their support!

Great job Grace Smith and PHS Girl's Golf. Grace placed 6th in the conference tournament Tuesday and was named All-Conference. Go Dragons!
