Long-time senior sponsors Michael O'Neal and Amber Findley deserve special recognition for their planning and organization. Both individuals take this responsibility very seriously. We could not let the week pass without celebrating our Purcell Police Department for National Police Week 2023. They have supported our District in so many ways from safety to helping students and staff. We appreciate all that they do for our schools and community!!

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Purcell Public Schools is pleased to provide our students and community with a Summer Feeding Program again this year. This program is open to children ages 0-18 years of age. You do not have to be a Purcell PS student to take advantage of this program.
Summer Feeding will begin on Tuesday, May 22nd and continue through July 28th. Meals this year must be consumed on site at Purcell Elementary through July and at Purcell High School through June 22nd except for those delivered to Southway Mobile Home Park.
We will also provide an option for meal delivery at Southway Mobile Home Park located at 3 Elliot Drive Purcell, OK each Tuesday (May 23 & 30, June 6,13, 20, &27 and July 5 (Wednesday), 11, 18, & 25 from 10:30 am-11:30 am. Anyone is welcome to pick up meals, you do not have to be a resident of Southway. These meals will be packaged for
five (5) days worth of breakfasts and lunches.

Breakfast: 7:30 A.M.-9:30 A.M.
Lunch: 11:00 A.M. -1:00 P.M.
● Purcell High School Cafeteria- May 22nd-June 22nd (M-F)
Breakfast: 8:00 A.M.-9:30 A.M.
Lunch: 11:00 A.M. -12:30 P.M.
● Southway Mobile Home Park (10:30 A.M.-11:30 A.M.)

Students who are attending Summer School will be able to eat both breakfast and lunch at the schools and will not be eligible for meal pickup at Southway while Summer School is in session (June 5th- 22nd). I strongly encourage families to take advantage of the Summer Feeding Program. It is great for our students and community as a way to fight
childhood hunger. It also benefits the schools. Please plan to take advantage of this opportunity!
