Teacher Appreciation Week is May 5th - 9th. We have a wonderful opportunity to show our gratitude for the hard work and dedication our teachers put into nurturing and educating our students. To celebrate this special week, we would like to gather gift donations for our amazing teachers to use as prizes for daily drawings. We are seeking contributions of any kind - smaill gifts, gift cards, or items that can be used for classrooms. Your genrosity will help us express our appreciation and make our teachers feel valued. Gameday on the diamond today for our softball and baseball teams. Our Lady Dragons are in the Sulphur Tournament, and game 1 is against Kingston starting at 1:30. Our Dragons are currently 14-1 on the season and were Stratford Tournament Champs last week. They are playing Anadarko today at home, first pitch is at 5:00. Go Dragons!

Congratulations to our baseball team on their win over Lexington last night. The Dragons beat the Bulldogs 11-2 in a shortened game. Next up is the Stratford Tournament. The team will face off with Maysville in the opening round. Good luck guys!

Our PJH Dragons Baseball team kicked off the Chase Hunt Memorial Baseball Tournament yesterday in Pauls Valley. They fell short to Noble in game one. Today, they will take on the Wynnewood Savages at 10:30. Best of luck, and go Dragons!

It's Tuesday, and that means it's game day! The Dragons celebrated their sixth win in a row last night by defeating Dibble. Additionally, the Lady Dragons secured their first victory of the season, triumphing over Tecumseh with a score of 22-11! Come support both teams at home tonight! The Lady Dragons will start at 4:30 PM, with the Dragons at 5:00 PM. Both games will be streamed live on NFHS!
We are thrilled to announce that our PJH Teacher of the Year is Mrs. Tara Anderson.! Mrs. Anderson is an exceptional educator who is a graduate of Purcell and has dedicated 20 years to teaching at her alma mater. She and her husband Chad have 3 sons who are all students in Purcell Schools. Besides the classrooom, you will see Mrs. Anderson at many Purcell events watching her sons and other students participate in sports and Ag.
She not only is a remarkable teacher but also a mentor and leader in our school serving as both the math team and 8th grade team leader. Her passion for teaching and committment to her students is evident in the way they thrive in her classroom. Mrs. Anderson possesses a unique talent for making complex concepts accessible and engaging, ensuring that every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.

The JH Baseball game against Washington that was set for tomorrow evening has been canceled. The team will return to play on March 24th, on the road vs Dibble. We wish everyone a wonderful Spring Break!
