Our JOM Committee will meet at 12:15 pm on April 7 in Room 110 of the Purcell Administration Building. Agenda topics will include spring activities, budgeting and program evaluation. The meeting is open to the public.

Purcell PS and Purcell Public Library have teamed up for a program to assist our youngest children (1st-3rd grade) with reading. We need Teen Reading Ambassadors who will be paid $15 hr to work on Sundays from 1:30-4:30. If you are interested, see attached flyer.


Daylight Savings Time begins on March 13th. Move clocks forward one hour. Bring on the sunshine!


Purcell Public Schools will be closed for Spring Break March 11th-18th. Have a fun and safe Spring Break. School resumes on March 21st.


Dru Smith has served on the Purcell Board of Education since 2017. Mr. Smith has been an advocate for the district in all aspects. Dru has a servant heart and does so many things to help, promote, and serve Purcell PS. Thank you for all do!


Purcell High School has done a tremendous job working with our community to secure internship opportunities for our students. Thank you to Mr. Sanders, Mrs. Feroli and Mrs. Findley for providing this for our students.
Kagan Davis shared her experience with the Board at the March meeting. She discussed how the internship program started her on her career path of selling horse insurance. Congratulations to Kagan and the 35 other students who participate in the intern program.

Purcell Public School JOM program will host an Indian Parent Committee meeting March 1 at 6 pm in the administration building. The meeting is open to the public. Agenda will address spring activities and tasks for the Committee.

Pucell Public Schools will be closed Friday, February 25th due to slick conditions caused by the inclement weather. If there are any changes to the playoff basketball schedule or state wrestling schedule, we will communicate it as soon as we know.
