February is Heart ❤️Health Month! In PE we have been focusing on the heart, its function, and how to keep it healthy through physical activity 🏀⛹🏼♀️🛹⛳️⚽️and nutrition🥦🥑🍎🥒. We’ve discussed what a healthy plate looks like and how important it is to get 60 minutes of physical activity in each day.
