Season openers on the dirt for our JH baseball and softball teams today! Our Dragons are here vs Little Axe starting at 5 pm and will be streamed via NFHS Network. Our Lady Dragons hit the road to AmPo for a 5 pm start. Good luck to all players and coaches! Go Dragons!

Game Day against the Outlaws for our JH Dragons and Lady Dragons! The boys are on the road, playing in the new gym, and our ladies are in the Reimer Center.

Congratulations to our 8th grade basketball teams for their strong finishes in the Lexington Tournament. The girls took 3rd place with a 27-23 win over Strother. The guys won 1st place with a great performance beating Lindsay 35-24 in the Championship Game. Way to go players and coaches! We are very proud of the sportsmanship, effort, and tenacity you showed this week in the tournament!

Our 8th grade will be across the bridge in the Lexington Tournament (see brackets). While our 7th and 9th graders will be playing the Leopards and Leopardettes in The Reimer Center which will be streamed via NFHS.

Big shout out to our PHS and PJH band students (Mr. Hilger and Mr. Tuttle)!! Our students competed in SWOBDA against 1200+ other students from the region. We had 31 students audition and the following students made the SWOBDA Honor Bands:

Our current events class is still taking donations of blankets, food, toys, newspapers, etc for the Purcell Animal Shelter. The drive ends tomorrow but items may be brought in as late as 8:30 on Monday, Nov 28th. You can drop off things in the JH office or send them with your student to be taken to their homeroom class. We’re proud of our students for giving back to their community and their animals!
