We’re so proud of our 7th grade academic team for competing in the state meet today! The team ran into a couple of buzzsaws but that doesn’t make us any less proud of them for the great season they had this year. Thank you to the many family members, friends, and students who came to support them. Congratulations to the team and their Coach Kasi Snow for their many accomplishments. Our baseball team picked up 2 wins yesterday against Little Axe. In the first game, the guys were off to fast start scoring 10 runs in the first inning. They went on to win 15-0 in a shortened game. In the 2nd game , the scoring continued and they won 9-3! Great job Dragons! Congratulations players and coaches!

6th grade Academic Team places 3rd in the State Meet! Congratulations to the team and their Coach Ms. Hall! The team lost 2 really close battles with Sallisaw but we are so proud of their accomplishments this year! Thank you team for all of your hard work and for representing that Dragon fight! We are super proud of you!


Baseball wins 2 against the Bulldogs! In a shortened 1st game, the guys won 11-1. In the second game, we trailed most of the game but took the lead and finished on Kaden Pliler’s walk off hit that scored 3 runs! Great job Dragons and thank you fans for sticking around and cheering on our guys through both games!

Champions! Our Dragon baseball team won the Pauls Valley tournament in dominating fashion today! In their 3 games of the tournament they outscored their opponents 43 to 0! Congratulations Coach Lee, Coach Spencer, and players on a job well done. Dragons will be back in action on Monday at home vs Lexington @ 5:00. Go Dragons!

It was a fantastic day at the track today! Congratulations to our student athletes who represented our school so well. A huge thank you to the many people who helped run a well organized and very exciting meet today. Thank you HS Girls/Boys Track, Purcell Rotarians, and Dr. Mcadoo for timing our events. Special thanks to Greg and Tammy Dillard and Jerry and Tina Swayze for their organization of the running heats and all things in the press box. What a way to finish the season! It was a 4 win night for our basketball teams! 7th and 8th girls won on the road at Davis and our 7th and 8th boys teams beat the Wolves at home tonight. Congratulations to the players and coaches on great seasons and thank you for the memories! We are so proud of you all and the way you represented our school. Thank you parents for all the early mornings and late nights of driving your athlete to practice and home after games. A special thanks to Assistant AD Sarah Jones for getting all the workers and gym ready for our home games. We appreciate your softball team cleaning our gym as well. Dragons were back in action tonight! Both of our 7th grade teams defeated the Bridgecreek Bobcats! 7th boys won 37-23 and 7th girls won 31-19. Congratulations to both teams!
