I enjoyed meeting with 3 members of the Youth Action for Health Leadership(YAHL) program yesterday. YAHL is a state-wide youth-led health initiative that promotes healthy behaviors. HS students Kaydence Townsend, Payton Bounds, and Madison Jarvis came by to talk about ways we could promote healthier living and tobacco-free lives for our JH students. Thank you girls for sharing information about YAHL!

Our 7th and 8th grade football teams came up a little short in their final game of the season last night. Though the outcome of the game was disappointing, I am proud of how hard these guys worked all year. Good job coaches and a huge thanks to cheer for supporting our teams!
