Thank you Purcell Animal Welfare for helping PHS Students Katlynn Tamez and Brookelynn Walters rescue a kitten trapped in one of our AC units Friday. The students found the kitten after hearing the crying outside the building. Our maintenance employee Toney Haley assisted the rescue by taking apart the unit. We love our animals at PHS! (the kitten did not wish to be photographed!)

Chase Anderson placed 10th overall Individual and Carter Thomas placed 12th overall Individual. I will share more pictures soon. Great job PHS FFA and Erica Keen!

Thanks to a generous donation from the Purcell Public Schools Foundation our high school life skills class is starting a mobile coffee cart business known as the "Dragon Brew." They will sell coffee and hot chocolate throughout the school and eventually in other buildings. This is part of our growing school to work transition program. This program allows students to attain and implement practical skills to assist their transition to adulthood. Pictured below is Josh Beal's Life Skills 2 class assembling recently purchased equipment! #phsdragons
