Congratulations to our Final Four Winners of the Purcell Intermediate Faculty Spring Step Challenge: Kasey Jones, Dawn Perigo, Crystal Sheehy, and Rebecca Stell! As a staff, we walked 1,331,080 steps in less than 2 weeks! Our goal was to get moving as a community, and our teachers and staff surpassed all expectations! Mrs. Knowles met with the Oklahoma State Department of Education, other PE teachers, and health professionals to present lessons designed to meet our newly adopted health standards on Wednesday. She is excited to share these skills with her students and other teachers across the state!

Our March Madness Step👟Challenge winners 🏆watched the first game of the Heart of Oklahoma ⚾️Baseball Tournament! Mrs. Williams' 3rd graders, Mrs. Piazzas 4th graders, and Mrs. Arnold's 5th graders each received a bag of popcorn🍿, ice cream🍦, and a drink🥤as a reward for all their hard work 🏃🏼♀️ in PE! THANK YOU to the All Sports Dragon in🐉🔥Fire Booster Club for sponsoring this event and allowing our intermediate students the opportunity to watch a high school baseball game! We all had a wonderful time!
