Congratulations to Ms. Amy Wells-Norman our Purcell Intermediate Teacher of the Year!
Mrs. Wells-Norman has been a school counselor nine years. She has been at Purcell Intermediate the past two years. She enjoys spending time with her two sons and being their chauffeur to all their athletic events! In her free time she loves to paint furniture.
Mrs. Wells-Norman has a huge heart for all children. She wears numerous hats at the Intermediate. But she always has time and a smile for any student, staff or parent. We are very thankful for her! We think Mrs. Wells-Norman totally ROCKS!!

Our March Madness Step Challenge winners attended the Heart of Oklahoma baseball tournament hosted by Purcell High School on Thursday. We would like to give a shout-out to Char Page and Felicia Salinas for donating popcorn, drinks, and candy from the concession stand. For many of our students, it was their first time to ever see a baseball game. They enjoyed every minute, and one student said, “This is the best day ever!” #dragonpride #ignite #purcellbaseball

Our fifth grade Dragons took a tour of the new junior high yesterday! The new principal, Dr. Carol Testa visited with them and got them excited about coming to the new junior high! They were also able to go inside the classrooms and meet some of their future 6th grade teachers. #dragonpride #ignite #juniorhightour #futuresixthgradeclass
